"If you are considering this apartment, don't think twice just book it now! A lovely apartment in agreat location of Nice promanade. It has its own garden and a gated parking. Newly decorated and complete with aircondition, washing machine and kitchen utensils. Walk few metres-the beach and tram station is next to you. Old Nice town is walking distance away. The owner is very kind you can message her anytime lol, even let us check out at 1800. Family of 4 travelled by car through Europe from UK. (See photos attached)"

And the place is very comfortable, has even more things you might need and gives unexpected privacy. I would definitely return."

The apartment was very clean, cozy and comfortable; fully equipped with everything you may need. Garden and free parking next to the door are a great bonus! Host is a really nice and welcoming young woman. I strongly recommend this place!"

"Lovely flat very close to the sea and to two tram stops. Comfortable, with a kitchen, bedroom, living area and bathroom, as well as a patio and parking space. We came with our toddler, and it was good for him. Hosts very hospitable and check in and out were easy. Would recommend."
